Microsoft Gets Approval for West Des Moines DC

(Ping! Zine) – Reports from DesMoinesRegister.com claim that Microsoft has been given final approval on plans to build a data center in West Des Moines.

Microsoft is spending nearly $200 million on the new data center and plans to employ around 75 people.

An agreement with local officials requires that the project be completed by December 2012.
