(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – According to a variety of reports, Microsoft was expected to make the 256GB version of its Surface Pro tablet available in the U.S. market.
The 256GB was initially just released in Japan – but should be available at select retailers now, a report from Digital Trends signaled on Monday.
Meanwhile, the report noted the availability could mean that Microsoft is working to phase out the 64GB version of the device.
Microsoft previously moved to expand the availability of its Surface Pro in April – launching the product in locations including Italy, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and France.
