(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Good news if you’re in the field of education: Tech giant Apple recently moved to drop its price on non-retina MacBook Pros for educators, a report from 9to5Mac.com noted Thursday.
Although no official announcement was made, the $100 change was obvious via Apple’s pricing page.
The entry-level 13-inch 2.5GHz Macbook Pro now goes for $999.00 while the 13-inch 2.9GHz version is available for $1,299.00 for educators.
Overall, the new pricing gives educators as much as a $200 discount. Talk about a way to honor our teachers!
