(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – If you’re an owner of an Apple iPhone 5S and are having battery life issues, you’re definitely not alone.
The tech giant recently confirmed that battery problems for its popular phone are indeed real.
“We recently discovered a manufacturing issue affecting a very limited number of iPhone 5S devices that could cause the battery to take longer to charge or result in reduced battery life,” Apple representative Teresa Brewer stated in a report from The New York Times.
Meanwhile, the Cupertino, California-based company is working to contact those affected and intends to provide them with replacement 5S devices.
Low battery life issues are nothing new for the iPhone. A previous Google Now update was thought to have caused big battery drain, something Apple later denied.
