Datapipe Set for Iceland

(Ping! Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – More IT solutions are about to make their way to Iceland. Today cloud computing and virtualization provider Datapipe announced that its services will be made available via a data center being constructed by Verne Global in Iceland.

Verne Global specializes in data centers using renewable energy. Such services to be provided by Datapipe include disaster recovery and a green cloud.

Commenting on the matter in a company press release, Datapipe CEO Rob Allen stated, “Verne Global has engineered an environmentally sustainable data centre that will enable Datapipe to expand into a new market while continuing our environmental leadership.”
