(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – BioWare has started to roll out its latest patch for Dragon Age: Inquisition, adding a number of improvements and fixes to the game.
Though Patch 2 is primarily focused on stability issues, the developer notes that gameplay, multiplayer, and PC improvements will also be added.
The full patch notes for Patch 2 is expected to be released later today, but here is what we do know:
- Stability – Various crashes, freezes, audio/voice glitches, and many stability improvements.
- Gameplay – Conversations, quests, plot states, combat, UI, camera, controls, follower/enemy AI and path finding, exploits, radar, and search.
- Multiplayer – In addition to some of the gameplay improvements listed above, multiplayer fixes also cover areas such as animations, game mode bugs, stat reporting, and stability/crash fixes.
- PC – Numerous control & UI fixes, fixes to some hitching, improved Mantle performance, graphical glitches.
Patch 2 rolls out today for the PC, PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360. A Xbox One update will be released “as soon as possible.”
