(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Apple product rumors usually take the web by storm and the latest is no exception. According to a Sunday report from 9to5Mac.com, a fourth generation iPad is on the way way.
The primary feature? The device will likely sport a good deal of GB. “While it is certainly plausible that this new iPad model is the 128GB iPad, we are currently not confident enough to outright claim that, but it seems likely based on the evidence,” commented the report regarding storage.
Other features, meanwhile, appear to compliment past releases of the device and include black and white color availability along with an option between WiFi + cellular service and WiFi-only.
9to5Mac.com also claims the WiFi-only version of the product will cost consumers $799 while WiFi plus cellular is set at $929.
Apple has kept busy expanding its tablet offerings. Just earlier this month, an industry projection from Rob Cihra at Evercore Partners predicted the iPad mini had accounted for 42% of the Cupertino, California’s tablet sales.
