Google Play Music Launches To Users in Canada (Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Starting today, Google Play Music will be available to all Android users in Canada, announced the company via blog post.

Google Play Music allows users to listen to interactive radio stations ad-free while browsing through millions of songs and hundreds of genres.

Additionally, Google’s music service allows users to store up to 20,000 songs for free online which can be streamed in the All Access catalogue on any Android and iOS device.

“With today’s launch, Google Play becomes your ultimate digital entertainment destination, where you can find, enjoy and share your favourite apps, games, books, movies, magazines and music on your Android phone or tablet,” writes Google Play Music Product Manager, Paul Joyce.

Currently, users can purchase the service for $7.99 a month with the first month free, but after June 30th, the price will go up to $9.99 a month with the first 30 days free.
