The update allows you to locate the approximate location of your vehicle by bringing the Parking location card to Google Now, as well as seeing previous locations you recently parked at.
“When the card shows up in Google Now, you’ll see an indicator showing the approximate location of your car,” Google wrote via its support page. “To see other locations where you’ve recently parked, touch Previous locations. Your location data for parking location cards isn’t shared with anyone else.”
The tech giant notes that you may see location cards even if you did not park your car, such as when you exit a bus or friend’s car. This is due to the sensors in the device that let you know when you leave a moving vehicle.
Other features included in the Google Now update include the option to open some settings using voice commands, new reminder interface, and a centralized list for nicknames, reports DailyMail.
