(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – After months of speculation, Rockstar Games has finally announced that its 2013 hit, Grand Theft Auto V, will be making its way to Xbox One, PS4, and PC this fall.
Rockstar revealed that the open world game will take full advantage of the next-gen console power with “across-the-board graphical and technical improvements” and “increased draw distances, finer texture details, denser traffic, and enhanced resolutions.”
The developer also confirmed that players will be able to transfer their GTA Online characters and game progress to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC, where all content and gameplay such as jobs, weapons, scores on new vehicles, properties, and player customization will be available. The PC version will include a video editor designed for “advanced movie making” where players can put together clips of in-game content.
GTA 5 was originally launched September 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360, and has sold more than 33 million copies.
