(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Rockstar is re-releasing GTA: San Andreas for the Xbox 360, 10 years after its original debut.
The developer confirmed via support page that users can begin purchasing the game starting on October 26th on the Xbox Marketplace.
“This version features 720p resolution, enhanced draw distance, and Achievement support,” wrote Rockstar, noting that there will be 33 different achievements.
If you have already purchased the game for the Xbox One, Rockstar adds, “The Games on Demand version of San Andreas is not compatible with the Xbox Originals version. Save files will not transfer from Xbox Originals. Owners of the Xbox Originals version will still have access to the old version on their consoles and through their download history, with the option to purchase the new version to experience the added features on a new save file.”
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is also available on Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows PC.
