(Ping! Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – Six cloud locations from hosting provider Host Virtual recently received what the company referred to as a “significant expansion” on Friday.
Included among the sites are New York, Los Angeles, San Jose, Dallas, Virginia and Chicago. The company’s cloud solutions provide clients with the ability to deploy a variety of platforms. Included among them are VOIP, Linux, Hosting and FreeBSD.
In a press release regarding the matter, Host Virtual Sr. VP of Operations Sandy Bhargavi discussed the efficiency of Host Virtual’s service. “Being able to deploy your services into the any of our Cloud locations worldwide really provides customers a competitive edge,” stated Bhargavi.
Bhargavi also referred to cloud as an “enabling technology.” While Host Virtual’s six U.S. locations are a key part of the company’s business platform, the cloud host also maintains datacenter sites overseas in locations including Amsterdam, London, India and Hong Kong.
