(Ping! Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – New colocation services are now available thanks to a recent expansion undertaken by colocation provider 7L. Announced on Friday, the move pertains to the company’s Toronto data center location.
New to the facility are private colocation suites along with secure colocation cages. “The need for colocation services are at an all time high in Toronto,” commented 7L co-founder Cassius Adams when discussing the matter in a press release.
7L’s Toronto data center facility encompasses 90 thousand square feet of space. Aside from colocation, the company’s other services include database optimization, security testing, remote management and architecture consulting.
Meanwhile, 7L noted Toronto’s growing importance in the data center market, specifically citing a newly expanded presence from cloud host PEER 1. The unveiling of 7L’s expansion follows a February announcement in which the company premiered a revamped product lineup.
