Caldwell will head Iris’ Project Management organization, the company team responsible for daily management of all discovery services. Marilyn Caldwell has over 20 years of industry experience consulting on eDiscovery, management of evidence and document review in complex litigation for law firms and vendor environments. During her law firm tenure, she consulted with clients and advised both attorneys and firm management regarding the identification, preservation, processing, management and presentation of electronically stored information (ESI). Throughout her career in the litigation support industry, Caldwell has built successful teams to leverage technology and facilitate the practice of law, from early case assessment through trial. She has presented at industry events such as LegalTech New York, the CIO Conference in New York and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) annual meeting, and is considered a subject matter expert for discovery technologies.
