LPC Acquires Rackhouse

(Ping! Zine) – Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”) has acquired Rackhouse Group (“Rackhouse”). Rackhouse, also based in Dallas, focuses exclusively on mission critical real estate throughout the nation. Rackhouse has built a reputation as an industry innovator with regard to data center tenant representation, site selection and brokerage as well as data center analysis and financial consultation. This new initiative will be branded Lincoln Rackhouse.

In addition to its current business activities, Lincoln Rackhouse will offer development and construction services, real estate capital procurement and management services on behalf of data center owners, operators and enterprise corporate users. “We see an incredible opportunity in the development cycle for our data center clients and we are excited to join one of the most successful and reputable organizations in the country” said Rackhouse’s Martin Peck. By combining LPC’s national coverage and experience as one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate operators with Rackhouse’s expertise in data centers, clients will have access to best-in-class, full service real estate solutions for their mission critical real estate needs.

“We are excited to have Rackhouse as part of the Lincoln team” said Greg Courtwright, LPC’s Chief Operating Officer. “We look forward to having these guys as our front engine leading us into a dynamic, but underserved business segment.” Lincoln Rackhouse will re-locate their offices into Lincoln Property Company’s national corporate headquarters located at 2000 McKinney in Dallas.
