(Ping! Zine) – Web hosting provider Lunarpages recently revealed the addition of 3,500 square feet at the company’s colocation presence provided for by data center operator Latisys.
Announced on Wednesday, the move represents a continued relationship that initially began in 2009 when Lunarpages settled into the facility in Irvine, California. Latisys operates U.S. data centers in other locations including Denver and Chicago.
Discussing the matter in a press release, Lunarpages CEO George Natzic said his company remained “impressed by Latisys’ commitment to investing in state-of-the-art technology, infrastructure, and enterprise cloud services that enable Lunarpages to meet and exceed customer expectations.”
According to Lunarpages, the company maintains a client base accounting for more than 150 thousand.
Services accounted for through Lunarpages include dedicated, cloud and VPS hosting along with the company’s colocation offerings. Just last month, the web host revealed it was looking to expand to the Austin, Texas area.
