(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Late on arrival is better than no arrival at all. This appears to be the case with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 which was just launched via the Mac App Store despite its general release six months ago, according to a report by The Next Web.
Via its website, Apple describes the app as such: “Works great with iPhoto when you are ready to go beyond the basics. Live in the moment knowing that Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 11 software makes it easy to turn your everyday snapshots into sensational photos. Enhance your photos with powerful, easy-to-use editing options and create personalized photo keepsakes.”
Other features of the offering, meanwhile, include photomerge (match photo’s style to that of another), a spot healing brush (erase unwanted elements), the creation of scrapbook pages and cards, among others.
The offering is available for $79.99 and comes as a 1.61GB download. Apple launched its Mac App Store in January of 2011.
