Microsoft Clarifies New Xbox One Used Games Policy

Xbox_Consle_Sensr_controllr_F_TransBG_RGB_2013(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Official Xbox blog Major Nelson on Tuesday admitted there was “some confusion” regarding how used games would work for Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox One console.

“While there have been many potential scenarios discussed, today we have only confirmed that we designed Xbox One to enable our customers to trade in and resell games at retail,” stated Major Nelson via the post.

Meanwhile, the source also said that users could play their games at friends’ houses as long as they were signed into their respective Xbox Live profiles.

The Xbox One is expected to arrive sometime this fall.
