(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Consumers in more countries will soon have the chance to get their hands on Microsoft’s Surface Pro tablet.
The company last week announced widespread global availability despite the Pro having already launched in the U.S. market around February.
In a blog post, Microsoft acknowledged the anticipation surrounding the product’s widespread release. “We know it took us a while to get back to you, but we hear you, and are excited to be able to provide an update on the countries where Surface RT and Surface Pro will be launching in May and June,” commented the Surface Team.
Countries where the Surface Pro will launch before the end of May are as follows: U.K., Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Belgium, Luxemberg, France
Countries where the Surface Pro will launch before the end of June are as follows: Russia, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore
Microsoft’s Surface tablet notably features a kickstand along with a magnetized keyboard.
