(Ping! Web Tech Magazine) – There’s now a new way for game fans to create Minecraft character skins.
On Wednesday, developer Mojang detailed the Minecraft Skins Scanner App from 57Digital – a program that lets users print skin templates, physically color them in however they like, then scan the designs with the app.
After the process is complete, 57Digital will actually digitalize the skin and let you upload it to the game.
Meanwhile, you can also share the skin with the community and make a papercraft model.
