(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Next Tuesday, E3 will kick off. The game conference is set to deliver plenty of announcements. Thankfully for Minecraft fans, the Xbox 360 version of the popular title will not be excluded from new things to come.
Game developer 4J Studios confirmed via its Twitter page on Thursday that it’d be attending the event.
“E3 next week! Some of 4J will be there. Hopefully there will be some good announcements ;),” the company teased.
So what could the news involve? We’re still awaiting the release of title update 12 (TU12) – so maybe we can expect something regarding that.
The developer recently revealed that the highly anticipated update wouldn’t arrive this month, noting it still had “lots more work.”
Meanwhile, title update 12 is expected to feature things like a jungle landscape along with Redstone blocks, according to a report from Attack of the Fan Boy.
Minecraft for Xbox 360 was initially made available in May of last year, quickly skyrocketing up to claim the top spot on Xbox Live’s arcade section.
