(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – A new Windows phone, the Nokia Lumia 928, will arrive for purchase at Verizon Wireless on May 16th.
The device features a 4.5 inch display, a 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm processor, 1GB RAM, along with a 720p HD video camera.
“Whether you’re attending a party, a concert or a sporting event with friends, the Nokia Lumia 928 excels at capturing high-quality video, audio and blur-free photos of life’s most share-worthy moments,” commented Nokia VP for the company’s North America region Matt Rothschild via a press release.
Rothschild also called the device a “flagship smartphone,” noting it was “specially designed and optimized for the nation’s largest 4G LTE network.”
However, what we find most interesting about the phone is the way it charges. Owners will simply lay it flat on a charger (no plugging in) while it powers up wirelessly.
