OnePlus 2 Smartphone Releases August 11

OnePlus has officially revealed its next-generation handset, the OnePlus 2.

Marketed as the “2016 Flagship Killer,” the new device is slated for an Aug. 11 release; the $389 64GB model will launch in two weeks, ahead of a $329 16GB version.

As expected, the smartphone sports USB Type-C and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 4G LTE.

Powered by the OxygenOS (based on Android 5.1), the OnePlus 2 features a 5.5-inch 1080p HD display, with customizable navigation keys that dim and disappear when not in use. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor to quickly and securely unlock the phone.
