(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – An unfortunately large theft has concluded the Holiday Season for Apple Inc.’s retail chain.
According to a BBC report on Wednesday, armed robbers stole over one million Euros worth of company products at the Apple Store in Paris, France.
Tech gadgets from the US-based tech giant are among the most coveted in the criminal market.
The incident reportedly occurred around three hours after the store closed at 21:00.
The timing of the theft was opportune as a police union rep from Unsa noted a good deal of authorities were busy covering New Year’s festivities, the BBC said.
In November, thieves proceeded to steal $1.5 million worth of iPad minis from a cargo building at New York’s JFK airport.
