(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – If Adobe was hoping its subscription-only Photoshop Creative Cloud wouldn’t be pirated, bad news, it already has been. The incident arrives just one day after the version’s release, according to a report from The Verge on Thursday.
The pirated version is being spread via BitTorrent and users can make it work without authorization.
It was previously thought the Adobe’s move to being subscription-based may help cut down on piracy.
Adobe’s new model has been unpopular. In May, a CNET poll showed that 76% of respondents had no intention to upgrade past CS6 to the new version. Photoshop has been one of the most pirated programs in online history.
