Peak 10 completes ViaWest acquisition, expands data center footprint, offers scale and broad geographic coverage

On June 13, 2017, Peak 10 announced it was acquiring ViaWest. As of August 2, 2017, Peak 10 has completed its acquisition of ViaWest. The deal positions the combined company to provide hybrid IT services and solutions to more than 4,200 customers nationally.

Peak 10 + ViaWest’s robust suite of assets now spans 20 domestic and international markets.

The company now comprises 40 highly-redundant data centers, 2.7 million square feet of data center space, 13 cloud nodes, and more than 10,000 cross connects. These capabilities, coupled with over 1,000 dedicated employees, underlie the steadfast reliability of its solutions.

Customers will benefit from increased scale and broad geographic coverage, accelerating the company’s overall commitment to growth and reinforcing its customer-first approach.
