(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Blizzard has added a new feature in the latest World of Warcraft patch allowing users the ability to restore old characters.
With the new feature there are certain limitations of course, such as users can only undelete one character every 30 days, says Blizzard on WoW’s blog.
- Characters under level 10 and Death Knights at level 55 are not eligible to be undeleted.
- Characters between level 10 and level 29 will no longer be recoverable after 90 days.
- Characters between level 30 and 49 will no longer be recoverable after 120 days.
- Please keep in mind you will only be able to use the undelete option once every 30 days.
“Undeleting a character restores all of its enchantments, gems, and items fully in tat,” says the developer. “You’ll be able to get back into action right away, and your character won’t remember being-deleted.”
Last week Blizzard announced that in the Warlords of Draenor 6.0.2 patch, players will be able to choose from old character names so that new players can have a variety of names to choose from.
