Predicting the iPhone 5: Analyst Points to 4.08 Inch Screen

(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – As already expected, the new iPhone will feature an increased screen size. But aside from that, exactly how large will the display be and what other features can we expect? At least one analyst seems sure of his prediction. According to Mingchi Kuo of KGI, the new mobile device will encompass a screen size of 4.08 inches.

Kuo’s predictions were unveiled in a report from AppleInsider.com on Wednesday. Other features include a display resolution of 1,136 x 640. How about brightness? 500-nit, says Kuo.

A larger screen size for the popular Apple device was reported on last month by the Wall Street Journal.

Apple released its latest iPhone, the 4S in October of last year. That version was notable for introducing the Apple AI service known as Siri. Meanwhile, the iPhone 5 is widely expected to hit the market sometime in the fall.
