According to NDTV Gadgets, the device will be available around mid-May in Germany and will cost 519 Euros, $723 U.S. dollars.
The Galaxy K zoom, announced last week, offers a “premium design” with the “control and functionality of a professional camera,” says a press release from the company.
It features a 10x optical zoom rear camera with advanced functionality, five optimized filter settings, a 2 megapixel front camera, and a “Selfie Alarm” which offers the ability to take timed selfies.
The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by a quad-core 1.3GHz and dual-core 1.7GHz processor, and comes equipped with 2GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage, and a 2430mAh battery.
The South Korean tech giant has yet to announce pricing and availability of the Galaxy K zoom for other countries.
