(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Tech issues continue to cause problems for AT&T Internet offering U-Verse. According to a report from the Miami Herald on Wednesday, customers in 13 U.S. states including Florida complained of no web access.
AT&T later acknowledged the problem, drawing attention to a server issue.
“U-verse customers still experiencing service issues: we are working hard to fix. Still determining when all will be restored. We apologize!,” commented AT&T U-verse via its Twitter account.
Customers, meanwhile, expressed frustration via online social networks – most likely made available through 3G and 4G phone connectivity.
AT&T Uverse works from fiber optic technology, covering tech devices such as TVs, computer and telephones.
