(Ping! Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – Canadian cloud computing ervice provider, VEXXHOST, has successfully enabled SpamExperts Outgoing filtering in the Local Cloud. Prior to implementing SpamExperts Outgoing Filter, VEXXHOST had a lot of problems with outbound spam messages. Their IPs got blacklisted on RBLs due to users actively spamming the network. Consequently, this affected both their regular web hosting service, as well as their cloud servers.
After a failed attempt to dismiss spam on their own, the company implemented SpamExperts Outgoing Filter, a mandatory solution to ensure no spam left their network ever again. Shortly after the filter was installed, a significant decrease in the amount of spam was noticed within hours from implementation.
As fewer resources were spent on managing the process, the team can now focus on delivering quality services to their clients and not worry about IP blacklisting affecting their reputation in the industry. As soon as the filter was implemented, VEXXHOST removed all their RBL listings and, as explained by CEO Mohammed Naser, “outbound spam has been reduced significantly. Email delivery issues are a thing of the past!”
“In view of our partnership, VEXXHOST is now better positioned to provide their customers with experiences that form the basis of sustained relationships. Our aggressive pricing strategy allows the company to gain a valuable competitive advantage,” disclosed Sam Renkema, CEO SpamExperts.
