(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – In an effort to draw more customers to its network, Sprint announced new changes to its network, including a “risk-free” 30 day trial of its service.
Starting on June 27th, consumers can test out Sprint’s service for a month free, satisfaction guaranteed, says the carrier via press release.
“We believe customers will be delighted with the Sprint retail experience, our customer service, and the performance of America’s newest network, so we’re guaranteeing it,” said Sprint CEO Dan Hesse.
After the trial period is over, customers who do not wish to sign with the mobile carrier will be refunded for the cost of their device and all service and activation charges will be waived.
The carrier also announced that International WiFi calling will be available within a few weeks, as well as the availability of Sprint HD Voice nationwide.
Additionally, Sprint is bringing its network to 28 new markets and offering its “enhanced LTE service”, Sprint Spark, to three new cities, St. Louis, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro.
Sprint’s 4g LTE network now reaches to more than 225 million people in 471 cities, with the hopes of reaching another 250 million by the middle of the year.
