(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Nintendo has pushed back the release date of its upcoming fighting game, Super Smash Bros.
Originally slated to launch this summer, the 3DS version is now scheduled to be released October 3rd. The good news is that Nintendo confirmed during E3 that we will be seeing the Wii U version on shelves this holiday season.
Super Smash Bros. will feature over two dozen playable characters including fan favorites Mario, Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Sonic, and many more.
Players will be able to customize each character with 12 “unique” attacks and three different kinds of equipment that offer defensive, offensive, and speed-enhancing skills.
According to Explosion, the 3DS version will include a new single player mode, along with multiplayer, and will run at 60 frames per second.
