(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Super Smash Bros. can now pre-load the Wii U version of the game ahead of its launch next week, announced Nintendo yesterday via press release.
Wii U players can pre-load the game by either pre-purchasing it from Nintendo’s website, form the Wii U eShop, or by buying a download code from select retailers.
“Within 72 hours of the game’s release date, people who have pre-ordered the digital version of the game on Nintendo.com using their Nintendo Network ID will be emailed a redemption code. Once they redeem the code, they will also be able to pre-load the game.”
The company noted that when the game releases a small download will need to be installed before users can play the fighting game.
Super Smash Bros. will launch on the Wii U at midnight ET on November 21st.
