(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Microsoft is keeping up with price drops on its Surface tablet line, most recently cutting its Surface Pro tablet by a big amount: $100.
According to a report from PCWorld on Monday, the price changes were made available through the Microsoft Store, affecting 64GB and 128GB versions of the device.
As of now, you can get the 64GB version for $800 and the 128GB version for $900.
While the price cuts are significant, we still think the Surface Pro tablets costs a bit too much.
Microsoft previously cut its Surface RT tablet line by $150, the company’s more affordable devices.
The price shifts arrive as many retailers launch promotions for back to school sales. Microsoft first launch its Surface tablet last June.
