Swiftpage, the maker of Act! and a leading provider of software and services that help small businesses grow, announced today that they have launched a Web app for 1&1 Internet’s MyWebsite customers, a global leader among Web hosting providers.
Act! Cloud brings together the best of contact management and emarketing functionality, helping small businesses get organized, keep track of their most important relationships and send marketing messages to the right people at the right time. Act! Cloud takes the guesswork out of determining who is most interested by prioritizing the most engaged contacts based on their interaction with email campaigns.
The Act! Cloud data sharing Web app is designed to make it as easy as possible for small businesses to capture new information about their website visitors to grow their contact list and leverage the information for future marketing and selling activities.
Built on the 1&1 Web services platform, the Web app is available within the 1&1 MyWebsite Web app catalog and can be quickly and easily added to any website via drag-and-drop functionality. Once active, the app automatically captures information given by the visitor to the website.
The captured information is then instantly stored in the customer’s Act! Cloud account, either updating existing contact records with new information, or creating entirely new ones. Once stored, the contact may be used to schedule activities and added to targeted groups for future marketing and sales efforts.
The Act! Cloud app is available now for customers in Germany, Spain and Italy and will be available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Canada in late January.
