You may not realize that there are other options as well, such as .co, .info, .net, etc. The good news is that if this is a route you’re willing to take, there are a lot more TLDs being made available later this year.
No matter how you go about selecting your domain name, it is clear that it should be a major part of your brand, and something that will be included on all your marketing materials in the future, so it is crucial to do as much research as you can.
