Top Ten Tech Gadgets This Holiday Season

Zine Web Hosting Magazine) – Each year, electronics make the list of hottest gift ideas, so which tech gadgets are getting the most media buzz this holiday season?  Using the premier online research tool, HighBeam Research (, the media attention of popular tech gadgets was tracked since October 31st, 2011 to determine which electronic devices and gadgets are receiving the most media attention this season.

Apple is notorious for creating hot sellers, and this season is no different.  The newly released iPhone 4S came in first place with 22% of the media attention, and the iPad 2 came in third with 16%.  The popular Kindle Fire is near the top of the pack at second place with 19%, while its e-reader competition the NOOK Color received only 7%.  Near the bottom of the list are electronics such as the MacBook Air laptop with 2%, and the Canon PowerShot camera and Sony Bravia 3D television both with only 1% of the holiday media attention.
