(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – An important new firmware update has been made available for the Wii U, a report from PCMag.com noted on Saturday.
Update 3.0.0 arrives from Nintendo – delivering purported faster load times – something that should help gamers as they move through different applications.
“Now owners can navigate to their favorite games and services even faster, or play some of their favorite classic games,” commented Reggie Fils-Aime, president and COO for Nintendo of America via a press release.
Faster speeds also affect the time it takes users to “jump between software and Miiverse,” start-up times, exiting software to return to the main menu and how long it takes to launch “built-in” applications.
