(Ping! Zine Web Tech Magazine) – Okay, so we’re not exactly sure what the new Xbox’s name will be – whether Microsoft goes with Infinity, Fusion, 720 or Durango or something else, we still consider this pure speculation.
What is sure, however, is that some pretty darn good games will be released alongside the upcoming console.
We’ve seen the press releases for gaming announcements with many saying they’ll be available for “next generation consoles” whether it involves the PlayStation 4 or the new Xbox. On Sunday, a report from The Inquisitr covered some fascinating releases.
Here are some games we look forward to playing on the new Xbox:
-Wolfenstein: The New Order: No surprise here. Bethesda recently announced the game – a title which won’t feature multiplayer. We expect to hear more at E3 (some info on Fallout 4 would be nice as well!).
-Call of Duty: Ghosts: This game is a natural fit for the new Xbox. Pre-orders are already being accepted by Activision.
-Assasin’s Creed IV: Black Flag: Assasin’s Creed continues its successful reign in the world of gaming. The pirate-based title is expected for release in October.
-Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6: Patriots: From game developer Ubisoft, the latest installment in the Rainbow 6 series could arrive sometime later this year. However, no definite release date has been revealed.
-Destiny: This game from game developer Bungie could replicate the success of the Halo franchise. Development, however, is still early and ongoing but it’s likely a sure bet to land on the new Xbox.
